Ingredients
* 4 fresh corn on the cobs husked, washed and cut in halves
* 2 tbsp Island Spice All Purpose Seasoning
* 2 tbsp Island Spice Chicken Seasoning
* 1 tbsp dried Oregano leaves
* 1.5 tbsp Butter
* 1 tsp Island Spice Whole Pimento
* 4 Scallion Stalks washed and cut in half
* 3 Fresh Thyme Stalks
Directions:
In a big pot of boiling water, add corn, dry spices, butter, scallion and thyme. Let corn boil for at least 1.5 hours or until soft. Keep in seasoned water until ready to serve.
